Artist Greg Mort and his The Art of Stewardship Project (TAOS) will be honored with the 2018 Maryland Champion Award. Greg is the first “artist” to be recognized as this award is usually reserved for a civic or political personality. Last year’s recipient was Maryland’s, Governor O’Malley.

The 2018 @MarylandChampion Gala will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018. The evening will feature live music, fine dining, live and silent auctions, an open bar and dancing! We will be honoring artist and philanthropist, Greg Mort, as this year's #MarylandChampion Award recipient.
All proceeds from the Gala go to support the Museum’s mission as a cultural and community gathering place. As a special treat, there will be a one-night exhibit of Greg Mort's The Art of Stewardship collection.
